Terms & Conditions for 22wln Platform Use

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "22wln," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 22wln platform and its operating entity, an internationally licensed online gaming operator accessible at https://22wln.net.
• "Platform" means the 22wln website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at 22wln.net.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 22wln platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered 22wln user account denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a 22wln account, excluding bonus credits unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free bet awards granted by 22wln subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other product offered through the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and 22wln. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement in full.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or for any purpose other than personal entertainment, you must have the legal authority to bind that party to this Agreement. Acceptance on behalf of another person without authority is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotion terms, or supplementary policies published on the 22wln platform. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and supplementary terms, this Agreement shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

3. Eligibility

To open and maintain a 22wln account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 22wln strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will not permit account registration or gameplay by any person below this age.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person and not as a corporate entity or agent of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 22wln or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not located in, a citizen of, or a permanent resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 22wln or been subject to a permanent account closure by 22wln for any policy violation.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently being treated for problem gambling, or if you are, you have not obtained clearance from a recognised professional to resume participation in gambling activities.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on the 22wln platform only. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 22wln will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 22wln support immediately at [email protected].

Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring access to your 22wln account to any third party is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All 22wln accounts are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 22wln does not offer currency conversion services. Deposits and withdrawal requests must be made using the payment methods approved for Pakistani users, which currently include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer.

The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed within your account cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change at 22wln's discretion and may differ between standard accounts and verified accounts that have completed enhanced KYC procedures.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account, or to a method that has been verified in the account holder's name as part of the KYC process. 22wln will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments belonging to any person other than the registered account holder.

22wln aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending, where a withdrawal triggers internal compliance review, or where the volume of requests temporarily exceeds standard processing capacity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 22wln may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Agreement.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 22wln promotions:

• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonus funds may not be used on all game categories; restricted games will be identified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a single account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be exploited through any form of systematic, low-risk wagering strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Attempting to withdraw real-money funds while a bonus is active and its wagering requirements remain unfulfilled will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 22wln reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus, promotion, or offer at any time without prior notice where abuse, fraud, or technical error is suspected.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 22wln platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or instant games. Product-specific rules are published within the relevant game or betting interface and form part of this Agreement by reference.

In the sportsbook, 22wln reserves the right to void any bet or market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a match has been found to have been corrupted or manipulated, or where circumstances arise that render settlement impossible under the published betting rules. Voided bets are refunded to the account at stake value.

In the live casino, the outcome of all games is determined by the physical actions of a live dealer and, where applicable, a certified random number generator (RNG). 22wln's game providers are independently audited for fairness. In the event of a software or connectivity failure mid-game, the round is voided and the wager is returned to the player's account balance.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all products. These limits are displayed within the relevant interface and are subject to change. 22wln reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions where responsible gaming or risk management considerations apply.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22wln platform. Engaging in any of the below activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Opening or operating more than one registered account, whether in your own name or using the identity of any third party.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without 22wln's express written consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to sharing cards in poker, coordinating bets in live casino games, or any form of team play designed to disadvantage 22wln or other users.
• Using the 22wln platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction made to a 22wln account through your payment provider while the funds remain in use on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to mask your true location or identity in breach of these Terms.

9. Responsible Gaming

22wln is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. We provide a comprehensive suite of player protection tools, all of which are available free of charge directly within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period. Once reached, further wagers are blocked for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. When your limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of the time elapsed and the total amount wagered in your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 22wln platform. Self-exclusion is a hard lock — the account cannot be reactivated during the elected exclusion period under any circumstances. Minimum self-exclusion period is 30 days. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 22wln platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, audio, video, and data — is the exclusive property of 22wln or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without 22wln's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22wln's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your 22wln account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

22wln shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether foreseeable or otherwise, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

22wln does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, or events beyond 22wln's reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability. 22wln will not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 22wln is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the 22wln Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

22wln reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on the 22wln website with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material, 22wln will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or registered email address.

Your continued use of the 22wln platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support at [email protected] to arrange the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining eligible funds.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 22wln holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict 22wln's right to seek urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent ongoing fraudulent activity.
